Sleep is a naturally occurring phenomenon where the body and the mind are characterized by altered consciousness but reduced muscle activity. Sleep is considered important as it revives the body and restores different systems of the body. It is also considered a great healing agent as it heals different body ailments while one is asleep. Memory, mood, and other cognitive function of the body is also maintained while one is fast asleep.

What do you see when you look into a person's eyes when they are thinking about their bedroom designs and colors? Do you see the bright reds, pinks, and purples that we usually associate with spring or summertime or the deep burgundy tones that are usually associated with the fall? More often than not, we don't even notice the color schemes that have been used in our bedrooms until we come to live in them. Bedroom designs and colors have a definite impact on mood and emotion in the same way that certain car brands or models do.
